    Choose the days

Pick every day, weekdays or weekends.

  3. 3

For example 10:00 to 16:00. Sites on your blocklist are blocked during these hours.

Why a schedule beats daily willpower

When blocking depends on remembering to press a button, the hardest days are the days you forget. A schedule makes focus the default. You don't negotiate with yourself at 10 a.m. because the decision was made the evening before.

Different hours for different days

The free simple schedule uses one time block. With Premium you can add several blocks and set different hours for each weekday, for example deep work in the morning and a lighter block after lunch.
