A focus timer for Chrome that blocks distractions

A timer alone doesn't stop you from opening YouTube in another tab. Flowly combines a one-click focus timer with a website blocker, so the session actually protects your time.

Which length to choose

25 minutes suits the classic Pomodoro rhythm and tasks you tend to avoid. 45 minutes works for most office work. 60 minutes is for deep work like writing, design or coding, when getting into flow takes a while.

A timer you can't cheat by switching tabs

Most timer apps run in a corner of the screen and politely wait while you browse. Flowly turns the timer into a real boundary. If you open a blocked site, you see how much of the session is left and how many times you already tried today.
